Founded by Butch Strait in 2009, Butch Strait Inspections earned its reputation as a trusted name in Northern Michigan through years of honest work, deep expertise, and consistent results. With over four decades of experience in wastewater system design, maintenance, and inspection—including advanced treatment systems—Butch built more than a business: he built a standard.
Respected for his no-nonsense approach, technical skill, and genuine care for his clients, Butch set the tone for what reliable, local service should look like. After years working alongside him in the field, Jeff and his family proudly took ownership of the company—committed to continuing the legacy that Butch worked hard to build.
Today, Butch Strait Inspections remains grounded in the same core values of integrity, quality, and professionalism, while embracing a more tech-forward approach to meet the needs of modern clients. Jeff isn’t just the COO of Butch Strait Inspections—he’s the backbone of our boots-on-the-ground work. Born and raised in northern Michigan, Jeff brings local insight, practical expertise, and a deeply rooted commitment to integrity in everything he does.
A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Jeff knows the value of doing things right the first time—and doing them right every time. With years of hands-on experience under Butch Strait, he’s built a reputation for thorough, honest work that homeowners and homebuyers can trust.

Angela is more than a business owner—she’s a powerhouse of purpose, leadership, and service. As CEO of Butch Strait Inspections, Angela brings nearly a decade of real estate experience and an entrepreneurial spirit grounded in values that matter: community, integrity, and service.
A dedicated Realtor and advocate, Angela also serves as the President of both VFW Post 2780 Auxiliary and District 13 Auxiliary—roles that reflect her unwavering commitment to veterans and her community. With multiple successful businesses under her belt, she understands how to build something meaningful—and sustainable—from the ground up.

Her ability to merge innovation with tradition makes her a driving force behind Triforce’s vision and growth. Squeaky lost his eyes before joining our family, but you’d never know it. He’s fearless, independent, and somehow always knows where we are. Whether he’s climbing furniture, finding the coziest corner, or curling up in a lap mid-email, he’s got a quiet confidence and a lot of love to give. He keeps us grounded—and keeps our paperwork just a little bit fur-covered.
Sinatra is all heart. He’s our resident snugglebug, always looking for someone to cuddle or a snack to share (or steal). He’s the kind of cat who needs to be near his people and has no problem letting you know it. He brings warmth to the busiest of days and makes sure no one forgets to slow down and breathe.
They’re our daily joy, our comfort, and—let’s be honest—probably the most photogenic part of our team. You’ll see them across our site because they’re just as much a part of this journey as we are.
